Happy ROARoween

I wish that Sam loved his Halloween costume as much as I did, but no more time was spent in it than 10 minutes. Oh well, the cuteness factor made the 18 dollar lion costume well worth it! It's a tid to chilly to go trick-or-treating, so we went driving around to see what the greatest costumes were this year. Hands down, we saw more fairies than anything else. FAIRIES! Come. On. People! Where is the imagination and the homemade costume? I guess I am partial to the costumes made with great love than the store bought ones; and believe me I would have made Sam's (or attempted to) if I had a sewing machine. Overall it was a nice night and now it's time to put the lion down. (song) In the jungle, the mighty jungle, the lion sleeps tonight...a whooooooo...oooooo...a bommb bommb away.....

Cutest dang outfit! Sam looks adorable! As Sam gets older you'll come up with fun costumes. Your mom and I always did. We can even give you some ideas.
It was pretty cold here for Halloween too. I dressed up as Thing 2 and the other secretary did Thing 1 and the kids loved it! We had a lot of fun. Love you all, Auntie Kathy

Oh Wow! Sam is so cute in his costume! That was perfect. Be glad you didn't sew it yourself or you would have been even more disappointed when it came off minutes later! Trust me! ;-)

He sure doesn't look like a happy lion! What a cutie! His expression is priceless...probably wondering what in the hell his parents had put him in! Wouldn't you like to know what was going through his sweet little mind?
